Overview: What It Does

Email signature software seamlessly adds a user’s signature to all outgoing emails, regardless of whether they are sent from Outlook or Mercury.

Why Use This

By default, emails sent via Mercury do not include an email signature. To enhance professionalism and maintain consistent branding, Mercury recommends using an email signature management solution. This approach not only ensures compatibility but also provides a centralised way to manage signatures across your organisation—making it easy to update promotional messages, images, or compliance details quickly and uniformly.

If this is your first time setting up email signature software, it’s best to implement it before your Mercury Go-Live date so users can familiarise themselves with the new functionality.

To Enable or Amend this Feature

No action is required from Mercury to enable this feature. However, please keep your Product Consultant and Project Manager informed of progress throughout the implementation process.
