Mercury Button Config - Request Approval

Update the visibility, name, and order of the Request Approval for a Vacancy button within the Mercury drop-down in a Vacancy Record.

Prerequisites 

These updates should only be made by a Config Analyst or a Mercury Admin.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

Visibility

Location: Support Area > Configuration

Name: VACANCY_APPROVALS

Button: Request Approval

String: 

{"Enabled":"True","ManualTrigger":"True","RequestOnCreate":"False"}

 

NOTE: "Enabled" can be set to true or false, this only controls the visibility of the Approval Status field within a Vacancy Record.

Button Name & Order 

Location: Support Area > Custom Ribbon Buttons

Name: Request Approval

 

In a Custom Ribbon Button Record, update the Name and Sequence fields as required.
