Allows the defaulting of a Rate Type for a frequency of time when accepting an offer, or allows the choosing of a specific rate to apply to a new Placement.
Purpose
Allows full governance of Rate Types and Basic Pay frequencies within the Mercury CRM.
Defaults and Considerations
The configuration allows for defining default structures for pay rates and their frequencies (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, etc), however, care must be taken, as inconsistent configuration may result in:
- Incorrect rates being applied to offers.
- Compliance issues, if invalid or inactive Rate Types remain in use.
- Financial inaccuracies if frequency defaults are misaligned with company agreements.
