OneUp Sales is a sales motivation and management platform that helps Sales teams to report on, gamify and visualise performance data.
The Mercury + OneUp Sales integration makes it easier to manage and motivate teams via three key modules: Analyse, Broadcast and Gamify:

Analyse allows users to dig into data to view performance metrics, with individual reports or team-wide data. Data can be modified and customised to help you best assess your current business situation, and can also be shared. Mercury data is synced in real-time to display performance data at the click of a button.

Broadcast allows users to share and communicate, via a OneUp dashboard, performance data across the office through TV monitors. Users are able to keep an eye on things like leaderboards, competitions, videos and company announcements.

Gamify allows company leaders to run fantasy sports-based inspired leagues, team based missions, or head-to-head challenges to keep teams enthused and inspired to hit their business targets. Everyone loves a bit of friendly competition!
