At Mercury, we understand that successful adoption starts with confident users. That’s why we offer a structured training program tailored to different user roles and responsibilities. Here’s a breakdown of our core training types:


Graduate Training

Audience: All standard users

When: Delivered before Go-Live

Format: 3 x 2 hours sessions remote, 4 x 1 hour 30 minutes onsite

Purpose: Graduate Training is our essential onboarding course for all users. It introduces the Mercury platform, covering day-to-day functionality and navigation. This training ensures users are confident and capable from day one.

What’s included: Mercury interface walkthrough, Core user tasks and workflows, Tips for efficient usage, Q&A with the trainer

Guru Training

Audience: System Champions and Super Users

When: Delivered before Graduate training

Format: 6 x 1 hour sessions remote, 2 days onsite

Purpose: Guru Training is a deep-dive designed for your internal champions. It includes all Graduate content plus additional modules on internal process mapping, best practices, and how to support other users.

What’s included: Advanced Mercury features, Custom workflows and process alignment, Troubleshooting and user support techniques, Preparing for go-live and beyond

System Admin Training

Audience: System Administrators

When: 2 weeks+ before Go-Live 

Purpose: This training equips your administrators with the skills to manage and evolve Mercury independently. It’s ideal for those responsible for system configuration, user management, and reporting.

What’s included: Agreements and Compliance, Creating Templates, Building Dashboards and Configuration & Settings.
