Shortlisting Candidates

Steps: | 1. From a Vacancy record, click the ‘Candidates’ tab. 2. Click ‘New Shortlist’. 3. Type the Candidate name into the Candidate field and select the Candidate. 4. Fill out the remaining fields. 5. Click ‘Save and Close’. |

Steps: | 1. From the Contact record, click the ‘Shortlist to Vacancies’ button. 2. In the ‘Lookup Records’ pane that appears, type the name of the Vacancy into the search bar. 3. Click the relevant Vacancy to select it. You can repeat steps 2 and 3 to add additional Vacancies. 4. Click ‘Add’. |

Click the ‘Shortlist to Vacancies’ button in the ribbon at the top of the page. 4. In the ‘Lookup Records’ pane that appears, type the name of the Vacancy into the search bar. 5. Progressing Candidates

Update the fields indicated in the banner(s) at the top of the Placement Validation popup. 4. Click ‘Finalise’.
