What
From a Shortlist, move a Candidate through the recruitment process from a Vacancy to a Placement, with the drag-and-drop functionality of a Shortlist Board. Any changes made will feed back to the Vacancy, Candidate, and relevant Placement records.
Where
From Mercury:
Home > Vacancies > Vacancy Record > Candidates tab > Shortlists button > Board View
Shortlist Board view:
1. Shortlist Statuses; from here individual columns can be expanded/collapsed (Rejected is collapsed by default)
2. Search bar; searches across all fields within a shortlist, including Candidate information
3. Filter and display options: Column Visibility, Group by Substatus, Switch to Compact, and Sort (these settings are then saved for future sessions)
4. Expanded Candidate info boxes show additional information, this changes depending on the current status
How
Change Candidate Shortlist Status
Drag-and-drop Candidates between statuses. A grey shadow appears in the column the Candidate will move to:

Offer Accepted (and Placement creation)
Submitted
When a Candidate is updated to Submitted, the following pop-up appears. The financial details are populated from the vacancy. These can either be saved to the shortlist upon submitting, or amended and saved to the shortlist instead.

No additional information is required when a Candidate is updated to Shortlisted.
Interview
Candidates at any Interview stage will have a flag added: Interview First, Interview Further, or Interview Final.
For multi-stage interview processes or corrections required, add or reschedule an interview by selecting Options > New Interview / Reschedule Interview
Offer Made
Offer Accepted (and Placement creation)
Offer Accepted
When a Candidate accepts an offer, the same pop-up shown from the Submitted stage will be shown again. However, no changes can be made at this stage.
Placement Record creation
Following this, a pop-up appears to notify that a Placement record will now be created. This message will not disappear until the Close button is clicked.

NOTE: This will only show active Placements.
