Feature Overview
Only users with the right permissions can add or edit Off Limits in a Client record. If a user doesn’t have permission, the Off Limits section in the Administration tab won’t appear at all. However, they will still see the banner that shows the Off Limits Reason.
When a client is designated as Off Limits, a banner displaying the Client's Off Limits reason will appear for all associated Client Contacts and Candidates.
Purpose
Ensures that Client records cannot be marked as Off Limits without obtaining the necessary approval from your business.
Defaults and Considerations
By default, only Mercury Administrators are authorised to designate a Client as Off Limits. However, if this creates an administrative burden, you may consider extending this permission to Team Leaders or Managers.
To Amend or Enable this Feature
Please let your Mercury Product Consultant know the names of the Users who should also be granted permission.
