Microsoft Licensing required for Mercury

How Mercury provisions Microsoft licences for its deployment

Mercury operates on the Microsoft Power Platform which leverages Dynamics 365 for Sales features. In order that we can provision your Mercury products correctly we require the following licenses and we usually purchase these as part of your Mercury licence price.

Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition

As part of your Mercury Support licence (which is the main user account created for Mercury staff to access your Microsoft account and build your Mercury Products) we purchase a single Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition licence to ensure the right features are installed on the platform for the Mercury setup and configuration.

Power Apps Premium

For every Mercury Core User licence you purchase, you will require a Power Apps Premium licence which gives your users the ability to access Mercury apps. The licence actually allows your users to access unlimited power apps in your account and gives some other perks too like added Dataverse capacity and Power Platform Requests.
