What
The Flag function can highlight potential Candidates who may be suitable for a role, before adding to a Hot List or a Shortlist.
Where
Home > Vacancies > select a Vacancy record > Search > Search Candidates
How
- The search is run in context of the Vacancy, therefore there is no need to populate the Vacancy filter or Job Title filter.
- Flags can be added to potential Candidates; up to 10 flags can be available. Only one flag can be added per Candidate per Vacancy.
- Results can then be filtered by Flags to view selected potential Candidates for the role.
Additional information
- Flags added to a Candidate are unique to the Vacancy you are searching against. These flags will not be visible against the Candidate if they appear in a general search or different Vacancy search.
- Flags will autosave in relation to a Vacancy; there is no need to save the query.
