Quick Start Steps

From Quick Create:

  • From a Vacancy record, click the ‘Candidates’ tab.
  • Click ‘New Shortlist’.
  • Type the Candidate name into the Candidate field and select the Candidate.
  • Fill out the remaining fields.
  • Click ‘Save and Close’.

From a view:

  • Navigate to a Candidate View (the default View can be accessed by clicking ‘Contacts’ on the left side of the screen).
  • Select one or more Candidates by clicking the space to the left of the Candidate name. A blue circle with a checkmark will appear to indicate the Candidate has been selected.
  • Click the ‘Shortlist to Vacancies’ button in the ribbon at the top of the page.
  • In the ‘Lookup Records’ pane that appears, type the vacancy name into the search bar.
  • Click the relevant Vacancy to select it. You may repeat steps 4 and 5 to add additional Vacancies.
  • Click ‘Add’.
