Introduction
View the average number of days taken by Consultants to move Vacancies through the different stages of the recruitment funnel process.
See the average time taken between permanent and contract/temp roles, and make comparisons across individuals, teams, sites, and business units.
This report is best utilised across a weekly or monthly basis, as the report is useful particularly in highlighting process exceptions such as backdated interviews.
Report highlights
The Details page shows Vacancy to Acceptance, and Vacancy to Placement Start, for the toggled Placement type.
Highlighting two different ‘end stage’ Vacancy statuses in this way allows for nuance in reporting, as the days between Acceptance and Placement Start may not be within the Consultant's control.
This can be accounted for during reporting as not to skew performance, results, and/or targets.
Identify when processes are not being followed correctly or errors that have not been caught. Errors may show as stages taking a negative number of days.
